Shikha is a Pregnancy Coach, after helping thousands of women in their pregnancy journey to have successful normal delivery and a healthy pregnancy, now she is coming up with helping out Bharat’s women to become fitter, healthier and resilient. After getting pregnant at the age of 33 and a c-section delivery, she faced lots of challenges in the journey along. Also, she faced gestational diabetes, thyroid during pregnancy and low hemoglobin.
