Shikha is a Pregnancy Coach, after helping thousands of women in their pregnancy journey to have successful normal delivery and a healthy pregnancy, now she is coming up with helping out Bharat’s women to become fitter, healthier and resilient. After getting pregnant at the age of 33 and a c-section delivery, she faced lots of challenges in the journey along. Also, she faced gestational diabetes, thyroid during pregnancy and low hemoglobin. She looked pregnant even after delivering the baby, so she decided to lose her weight and get back her figure, which she did in just 5 months post-delivery. Now, she is on a mission to help India’s mothers to become fit again!
